Aimtron Technologies is actively seeking candidates for the following positions:


Sales Manager

  • Candidate must be able to generate new business 1st year sales of minimum $2 million Work on Sales methods (cold calling, visit new potential customers, send out brochures etc.)
  • Seek out and develop new opportunities to improve service and grow revenue
  • This position requires close relationship with customers to meet their objectives
  • Experience managing complex customers preferably in the commercial, medical, high-tech industries.
  • Strengthen relations with senior customer management, (Dir, VP, Senior management)
  • This position requires constant sales activities, reporting, updating management (Dir of Sales)
  • Sales objectives are reviewed monthly, generate new RFQ’s, bookings, sales revenues etc.
  • Minimum working hours is 40 hrs. per week, full time position, some overtime is required if necessary.
  • Travel is required, use of your own vehicle, some state travel may be required from time to time
  • Engage and work well with program managers and other departments within Aimtron Corp to manage production to meet Customer Requirements; Provide Input and ensure tasks are completed internally with all departments. Providing information to process orders and reviewing orders for accuracy
  • 7-10 years Sales experience required, in Contract Electronics or High-tech Electronic manufacturing and ERP experience a must strong business acumen a must for global Operations and/ or Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred in electronics or Materials Management or 7-10 years’ experience in CEM electronics business.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customer, sales, engineering, manufacturing, materials departments
  • Solid project management skills, including the ability to multi-task, leadership.
  • Familiarity with industry and market best practices, must be able to hit the ground running at for this position, we are looking for closer
  • Be able to demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Monthly sales reports and booking reports to meet quotas.
  • Business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Travel will be required, locally and out of state.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must

SMT Solder Rework Technician

  • Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT).
  • Ability to identify component packages and values.
  • Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical rework tasks in support of service and occasional manufacturing requirements.
  • Work from schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to repair or modify assemblies, sub-assemblies and components
  • Perform rework and quality testing. Most work requires use of a microscope during rework activities.
  • Perform repairs in accordance with appropriate Quality Standards and industry soldering practices.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
  • Communicate machine operation status and errors to SMT Support Staff./Production Supervisor.
  • Work with other team members to implement quality and performance improvement.

  • 3-5 years of soldering experience
  • IPC & J-STD certification is preferred
  • Basic computer skills required

  • Ability to interpret, receive direction and apply both written and oral communication
  • Flexible to quickly adapt to learning new tasks, moving to new areas to meet changing customer demands

  • Demonstrated competencies in: teamwork, professional demeanor, quality, job knowledge, communication, problem solving and lean principles, flexibility, attendance and timeliness

Sr. Quality Manager

  • Experience in Electronics Contract manufacturing
  • In-depth understanding of SMT/Wave solder /Mechanical assembly operation
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical process control and Mini Tab. First of ESD/5S and value stream mapping with Visual management to drive improvements
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with Customers on ISO, RMA
  • Areas of focus will include the development and implementation of robust strategic quality initiatives, managing new product introductions, facilitating technology transfers, change management, and representing quality in quarterly business reviews.
  • Extensive collaboration with internal Contract Manufacturing operations/procurement teams and Contract Manufacturing quality teams is required
  • Create, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management System to ensure Contract Manufacturers are driven to levels of excellence in all aspects of manufacturing, new product introduction, and transfers.
